The Investment
5% of Gross Sales; but beginning on the 6th month after you open, you must pay the greater of 5% of Gross Sales or a minimum Royalty based on the number of Territories you purchase: $4,000 for Territory 1, plus $2,000 for each additional Territory. Beginning on the 13th month after you are open and continuing for the remainder of the Term, you must pay the greater of 5% of Gross Sales or a minimum Royalty of $7,000 for Territory 1, plus $3,500 for each additional Territory.
