The Investment
During the first and second year following execution of your Franchise Agreement, we will collect a royalty of 5% of Gross Sales. Starting upon the third anniversary of the signing of the Franchise Agreement through the duration of the term of your Franchise Agreement, we will collect a royalty of 6% of Gross Sales.
