Royalty

In consideration of the franchise granted herein and the continuing right to use the System, the Franchisee agrees to pay to Milano, commencing from the date the Restaurant opens, a Royalty Fee of 4% of the Adjusted Gross Sales generated weekly by the Restaurant, or the sum of $250, whichever is greater.
