Royalty
Beginning at the end of the first week, the following Monday or Tuesday of the opening of the Franchised Business for business and continuing each week thereafter during the term hereof, Franchisee shall pay to the Company a continuing weekly royalty fee in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the gross sales of the Franchised Business, as defined in Section V.E.
