The Investment
An amount equal to the greater of: (a) 5% of your Gross Sales; or (b) an annual minimum amount of $12,500 during your second year (i.e. months 13 to 24) of operations, and an annual minimum amount of $25,000 during all subsequent 12-month periods. There is no minimum royalty amount during your first 12 months of operations.
