0% of your Gross Room Revenue for 30 calendar days after your hotel begins operating, 2.5% of your Gross Room Revenue beginning on day 31 of operation until day 90, 4% of your Gross Room Revenue beginning on day 91 of operation until day 180, and 5% of your Gross Room Revenue thereafter for the remaining term of your franchise agreement.
